W2WCal seamlessly aligned with our expertise. This dynamic blend of life coaching and ministry aims to encourage, mentor and restore women of color from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in Los Angeles, California. They sought to create a lifestyle brand that embodies their mission—a visual identity that resonates with themes of education, ministry, fellowship, and community.

Challenge

Design an unconventional yet user-friendly website for a nonprofit charity. The objective was to create an innovative platform with a simple and modern design that effectively communicates the brand’s values while showcasing visually appealing content—without resembling a typical charity website. The core message emphasizes “empowering women through financial independence, emotional resilience, and personal growth.”

  • Develop an easy-to-navigate, mobile-friendly website that allows for client self-updates.
  • Lack of existing content or brand materials, including logo, images, color scheme, and overall strategy.
  • Create a persuasive platform to encourage participation in workshops while attracting sponsors and donors.

Women and strength are synonymous, so we chose fonts that reflect resilience and empowerment, embodying the powerful spirit of the Woman 2 Woman mission.

“The website and guidance you’ve given us are more than we could have imagined. The membership is constantly growing and referrals are coming your way!”
Courtney Stanton, Founder of W2W

Our Approach

Our approach was to position the site as a visual editorial platform that showcases features centered around the events and workshops the brand facilitates. Featured events will rotate on the homepage and will be tagged with custom filters to enhance content navigation.
